Do not be surprised if you see a quick drop to .037 - .036 to steal a few more shares from the weak hands, and a quick bounce back up to .04.

What they are doing at .04 is so clear. One is there with a large buy order, and makes pressure at .0401, so people sells to the one on the bid.
