They allow European customers.

Some of our friends have opened an account there recently. Haven't heard any complaints.

It's very hard to find a broker that allows all or most pinkies these days. So that would be my choice as well.

You have to pick TradeStation US. It appear there is also a TradeStation International site. But that one is linked to Interactive Brokers.
