That's such a classic ploy isn't it. Submitting letters to the edgar system to try to look like a viable company. We see this on hundreds of these scams by the ceo's and even promoters have been known to write these for their clients.

Edgar should really have someone on staff checking out people like the a-c-cr principal who have sent in hundreds of non compliance forms. This should be their first clue.

And sadly, not a peep out of the lawyer or cpa that they know this company.
There's nothing to keep secret with lawyers and cpa. It's not like some vaccine formula that needs to be protected.

This stock is artificially propped up by the bubble that's happening and like all bubbles, they soon pop.
