Not every R/S is bad for shareholders! Increase pps, decrease A/S and don’t do large issuance. Uplist and raise money at higher pps. The whole reason to go public is to raise capital to grow the business. This company does this and raises money with investment banks and we will have the next AAPL, GGOG and FB here. With the shares I have I could retire if the R/S to $3 and uplist! Life changing money! This is why I have been practically begging the CEO to do this for 3 years! It’s the smart move if they are serious about being a successful company. IMO
