Global IT Holdings is an unreporting Pinky that just filed an SB2...Expecting two years audited Financials for future entry to OTCBB...Co rep says News expected this coming week...

TA reports 453M OS...Non-reporting...lack of News...and a P&D caused capitulation with stock dropping into sub-penny...Majority of OS trading stock appears to have been issued @.02 average...
