Imagine you are and individual with a family history of early Myocardial Infarcts (heart attacks). You also might run fast basal heart rate say in the eighties and have a basal temperature of not 98.6* F but instead you run average temp of 99.6* F. 98.6* is just average...Aging is very similar to cooking a roast...Its just a magnitude slower. The higher you set the oven the faster the roast reaches rare medium or well done..so if you're temp is higher over a long period you will age faster. The same effect is is seen in pulse rates...There is no exception in mammals to the rule that the faster your basal heart rate (your pulse) the shorter your life span..

What BNGO's technology for tells is that not only are temp and heart rate the product of structural variants..but that you might be (should be) able to modify them...and reap the benefits...
