Subsequent to December 31, 2020, January 26, 2021 SleepX Ltd., and Nexense Ltd signed a non-binding letter of
intent for AppYea to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of both companies. Binding agreements are pending, and
the transaction is not closed at the time of this disclosure.
Subsequent to December 31, 2020, February 18, 2021 Bary Molchadsky executed a binding agreement to acquire
controlling interest in AppYea from Todd Violette. Closing Conditions are pending, and the transaction isn’t closed
at the time of this disclosure
