Bill...that post I can agree with....I would also add, that in instances where the "market" have gotten it wrong are eventually proven wrong by showing strong financial growth quarter over quarter....I would also suggest that those companies are not diluting the companies stock to such extreme measures as is GZFX....

How can anyone place any value on GZFX when the company has determined that that value at any given instant will be diluted. So, does GZFX have a bottom price at which they will sell SB-2A shares at? NO! They will continue to sell shares regardless of price and may ultimately have to dip into/file for more shares to fulfill there obligations to GGI...

GZFX manangement has determined that GZFX stock will be worth less tomorrow than it is today....day after day after day!

Can you agree with this statement!
