Why wouldn't the 10-Q be completed by now? If he's waiting on a pending event "up to the last minute" that's risking an eventual stock halt with a Q added to symbol... He must have screwed the numbers up for Q4, otherwise why the hold-up? A business summary should take a few minutes to adjust... Recently, we started dosing patients in Russia...
