Sorry, but the OTCQB will NOT bring in hedge funds, banks or insurance companies. It's STILL the otc. I have heard however that brokers can technically recommend purchasing to their clients with the QB?

A major exchange is when institutional investor's generally beging investing simply for reputation and risk.

As far as how bio's work and revenue means nothing, it does long-term was my point. Yes, in otc land, clearly things can go parabolic on just about anything.
