I originally guessed an EPS of .004 to .007, but that was prior to the A/S announcment of 12-28-06, and no 3rd party verification of the O/S or Float for the last quater. Also, IF (and big IF) one wanted to take the UF of 06-2006 and accept them as fact since JP signed off on them, then what truly troubles me in the $6K cash on hand on the Balance Sheet. I think we all know what that would mean if true...next to nothing. I'm going to be optimistic here and stick with my original guess until some verificable facts come forward. Not much to go on right now. Huge unknowns, no PRs on any additional govt payments, no PRs on additional contracts or retail channel contracts. Legitimate projections can't be made for the future with so many unknowns on the present so I wouldn't even try right now.

My preference right now is to look at the entire flash drive market. The tech research firm, Gartner, states global flash drive sales in 2005 of $2-bil. They predict a 15% growth rate through 2010 but perpetuated by "smart drive" technology. So the let's just preclude the discussion of JP's "solutions" and ponder how much market share CKYS can capture and yet be competive with the evolving technology. Some facts we know right now are U3 is propelling sales for several drive manufacturers and software developers like McAfee. Kangaru has come out now with a firewire version, and they are the first to be FIPS certified. They also have a 64GB version. So CKYS will have to get up in a rapidly changing flash environment.

So how much someone can project what market share CKYS may realistically get and at what cost then we can see the potential, but growth in that area is contingent upon staying with the tech leaders in this area.

9 CKYS buys from October 13, 2006 to December 13, 2006. Still bagholding!
