My theory is that HPIL is now a Quanleap shell. <br> <br> Quanleap is an investment company for Chinese nationals to invest in the US. Hainning (Harry) Zhang advertises selling Pink Sheet shells. Here is him listing the shell IHGP on Chinese-American portal jinlisting.com in October. The price is a 17.5??? (175,000 USD) down payment. <br> <br> <a href="https://www.jinlisting.com/listing/10?7????????????/"; rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer ugc" target="_blank">https://www.jinlisting.com/listing/10?7????????????/</a>; <br> <br> As mentioned in the above listing Quanleap operates out of the Poconos, in a building which doubles as a motel: <br> <br> <a href="http://www.hickoryinnmotel.com"; rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer ugc" target="_blank">http://www.hickoryinnmotel.com</a>; <br> <br> The address (2544 State Route 534, Albrightsville, PA 18210) is the mailing address of Allied Energy (AGGI) and also the address on HPIL’s annual report info form filed 10/14/2020. <br> <br> The most recent HPIL filing with Wyoming on 2/16/21 changed HPIL’s address to 701 Ann Street, #564, Stroudsburg, PA. This is also the address for DRGV’s reinstatement for Nevada, which lists Hainning Zhang as custodian, and is listed as the address for Zhang as a director for AGGI in their annual report filing from last week. Angela Collette is also a director at AGGI, so she has a proven business relationship with Zhang. A quick Google Maps search will show you that this is the Stroudsburg Post Office. <br> <br> Long story short, HPIL, DRGV, IHGP, AGGI, WHMI, and probably more appear to be shells marketed by Zhang and Quanleap for reverse mergers for Chinese companies. There’s a good chance of profit IMO (especially if you have a low cost basis/free shares), but it will take patience.
