Hello, We wanted to share info on this matter directly. Very simple, the owners of the building, which includes InnerScope, was looking ONLY to sell the building at the TOP of the market to reinvest the proceeds back into Company. Then InnerScope would do a long-term Leaseback in the current 7,000 sq ft office space (2nd Floor) in the building.

This is part of the plan for Non-Dilutive Capital for InnerScope.
