Some how yes for short period of time if bitcoin moves down but Vertubroker value will be based on the fee's times volume and for sure more services eventually as more and more people will need and use crypto exchange daily so no real affect on the long trend once it starts and builds foundation , my opinion is the Crypto exchange are much more conservatives way and low risk way to play crypto currencies boom or doom. Exchanges are based on fee's not the fluctuation of crypto currencies which they are much higher risks ,Crypto exchanges are much easier for many who don't understand the crypto currencies, Exactly like oil and gas pipeline are not really effected some how with the oil and gas commodity prices fluctuations
