GOVT is forcing people out of rental business

Some friends with substantial real estate holdings advised
me today they we going to sell out of all the family rental
holdings because of forbearance in the rental business.

It’s a disaster for them when the GOVT basically is seizing
your property so people can live on your tab instead of
paying the rental fees. Of course a never ending lawsuit is
not the answer either.

Well it’s not all bad news with the market being at or near
the top they will easily make tens of millions of dollars selling
out. Let somebody else enjoy these types of headaches.
