So if anybody is holding IMO get out before it's too late. Filed a 15-12b which means they're not required to submit anything to the SEC. They are going private. With less than 300 shareholders[They have 175], they can and have done this. Sell em before HEOFF 'GOES DARK--[SEC term, not mine. GLTA
