Wow now we are on to naked shorting LMFAO!!! Even if it was shorted or naked shorted who ever would have made 100% profit on their short position as this will never trade again. BIOAQ has been liquidated and sold off. All of the patents, trademarks, trade names, IP, plant and land it sits on have all been sold and transferred to LCYB. The only thing left is the shares and about $80 mil of debt. Why would anyone by the shell that has now been forfeited for not having a RA. All the person/company would get is the shares and then have to pay off the remaining debt lol.

Who is buying the shares, when will it take place and how much are they paying for them. After two years this should be very easy to answer. It’s a simple question that not a single person can answer in anyway shape or form. Former BIOAQ shareholders have lost their investment here long long ago
