All kinds of speculation on the wording. This is either boom or bust.. If and I say if they dont have the commons survive its over but if the wording has them surviving its multi pennies...Most will sit on the sidelines for clarification and the final word I would assume.. If they survive this will be one wild board for a few days and I sure hope they do..Best of Luck to all here.
