Obviously, CEO Melissa has no idea what the scam OTC is all about. With any luck, she will do some research on the scam OTC, Remo and ADHC and not move forward with the LOI.

I wonder if she’s aware of the control dispute over ADHC? Maybe some caring person will give her a call and warn her.
