$PVSP TCA GLOBAL SHORT MASSIVE
After speaking with management, basically what happened was TCA Global had approx. 11$ million in debt and convertible notes with $PVSP. Last year to TCA's unfortunate surprise, they were convicted of fraud and naked short selling/short selling companies debt(s) on the OTC among other things in a court of law. The $11 million was deemed by a court of law, to be satisfied and wiped off/cleared Pervasip's books, thus making them, DEBT FREE.
Now TCA had a massive short into that debt for PVSP however, there is no more debt. Yay to us shareholders. TCA will be deemed as FTD(Failure to Deliver) and we are about to see a rise in PPS to the quoting of the BOA for PVSP in the "thousands of percent's".
