What concerned me was the board (Armen) voting for that 200 to 1 split was a stupid move he must of been thinking the stock would never go up

Dude. This is the OTC. The fact that the pps could have remained in the gutter here forever is one super obvious reason to uplist. Building in the safety net in case of the worst was just smart.

I don't think anybody really expected the worst case scenario to play out, but the split range accounted for it.
