I agree ,I have playing the stock martket for years and One old timer told me years ago.ALWAYS check for Form 4 fillings with the SEC.WHEN you see inside buying on a low floater and the stock is at a low price, jump in.He said to me 95% of the time ,the stock will fly within in a few months.Guess what, this has been working for me 100% of the the time for years.Just the oposite , if you see inside selling,keep away.
