Go to your confirmations and read the breakdown. I would bet that you will see FINRA TAF charges. As I mentioned they max them out at 5.95. That would explain the 10.90 charge - the FINRA TAF of 5.95 plus the 4.95 commission. My guess is that on the 12.90 they charged you a FINRA TAF max amount of 5.95 plus your old commission rate of 6.95.Go to that confirmation page - I think if you go to the main web site it is under "documents" - click on that and see what the break down of that charge is for.
