**Shareholders meeting was just that , They voted for the same board members and a down the road shareholder uplisting ,,nothing More Nothing Less.. A little shareholder Pat on the Head, The Board of Directors are the Same Old PHDs in engineering ,Chemistry and book writing ,,THE Management Team has 4 out of 6 PHDs ,,,all Mad scientists like the old man with his Smart Car ,German manf. diaster . And his slap on the wrist in 2017 for saying to much and delivering a Fat Nothing. Now If they are going to be a Wall Street e-Battery company of the Future they HAVE to get Wall Street People in Management and ON there BOARD. a 1 for 3 r/s woun't do it if the company has Mad Scientists running around Jumping from Project to Project because a Client say I need this now . TO MUCH FAMILY IN THIS COMPANY AT THE TOP.as I said on twits This is No Bullet Train but will get you to where your financial goals are if you enjoy the family business BUT BUT BUT THEY could be Huge if they Just bring in some Business Professional Leaders to take them to the Next real Level .JMO *** I'm still buyer on dips ..ALSO don't get sucked in to buying in the morning as the Market Makers Jucing up the OPEN quote ,,ONLY so they can Short them to you and drop price down 10 cents OTC market SUCKS gl
