The reverse merger is yet to be announced. Companies that want to go public skip the IPO process and jump straight into a reverse merger. Typically takes 1-3 months to complete once announced.

The wild card is, the company merging is completely anonymous until the announcement comes via 8-k .. so we might get surprised big time!

Anything under .003 tomorrow is going to be a gift in due time. Why wait for a perfect entry when this is going to run to .10?
