Urge, when you talk about this hostile takeover approach, what I don’t understand is how someone could buy up enough shares to execute a hostile takeover while also suppressing price? If someone is buying up all the shares, then how do you explain the lower share price? Who is selling all those shares - can’t be the same people buying in an attempt to takeover, as you suspect. Pleas explain.
