TheDane, I think that it will be positive developments because there are so many possibilities/opportunities... There are a lot of people waiting with anticipation or anxiety regardless what side of the fence you are on.

I keep going back over what he said in the explanation for the late filing:

“...delay experienced by the Registrant in preparing disclosure relating to recent developments regarding clinical trials for the Registrant’s lead drug compound, and in particular, developments on or around the filing due date relating to clinical trials in the United States and Russia.”

He referenced trials, plural

He mentioned the U.S. and Russia so it’s not just Russia where the “developments” occurred.

He mentioned the time of the “developments as being “on or around the filing date of Feb.15/16.

What could have developed on or around the filing deadline that was so important it had to be included in the 10Q but could also wait five days to be reported? It’s not likely an adverse event since there wouldn’t be simultaneous adverse events in both the U.S. and Russia “on or around” the filing deadline.
