A rs almost always hurts the stock short term. Market doesnt react well to it. But this company needs it. This isnt a $5 company doing an RS to get to $50. OS needs to be reduced. But i also think they have some big contracts that they will be announcing soon and this will outweigh the RS news which the market already knows about. I still think .10 in the near future
