It's a start up with a single product they're introducing into a crowded field. Why Lovatt would do that is curious when he could introduce the same product in GTEH's lineup. The link at Twitter was probably just spam, since the LOI is to acquire American Metabolix, not anything to do with GTEH, at all. Hopefully, no one falls for that.
