Hudnell did not fail, the system failed us. NDCA district judges rejected the bias claims with bias clearly imbedded in their judgements. Hudnell will present another option shortly, hopefully this week and VPLM will continue the fight to lawfully win judgements that prove out IP theft by many of the large companies that bypassed proper patent authorization with simple fees. Hearing that PTAB will take a direct role in the upcoming actions, which should heighten the focus on the importance of IP theft and eliminate any complaints of “abstract patents” developed by VPLM.
