I see Cytocom is a private company and will be using this merger to go public. Anyone see any Cytocom financials? It would be interesting to see how much cash they are bringing along. My guess is not much; and what is cytocom's burn rate? Also, anyone know what the share structure of the new company will be - how many authorized shares and how many will be issued?

Looks like they are taking advantage of the recent jump in cbli share price to raise cash, which is a good idea. It would be good to know how what percent of total o/s will be represented by these newly issued 2 million shares.
