i just woke up and feel f''''in great, let me tell all who think an 8-k should be filed because blech, pardon me chassman position has been taken out, like many investors david blech spreads his holdings in xkem and other stocks around to individuals and different entities and non profits,new millenium, alpha, several trusts, several funds, shell companies etc, why? because each individual and entity is looked at by the sec as a seperate shareholder, therefore each one is considered a different shareholder and falls below the percentage of owned shares to the outsatnding shares required to file, however i do beleive xkem will file anyway, but they have to word it very carefully otherwise it will sound like and be perceived as , a group of accredited investors finally cleared out the majority of our biggest shareholder who was providing us with toxic financing over the past 10 years, thats why our stock is at 2 1/2 cents, so despite the fact that the company screwed up by getting involved with a notorious crook to finance our operations and kept the deep pockets away because no accredited investors or institutions wanted to take a position while this pos was so heavily intrenched in the company because he or she would sell into every rally so they knew despite the potential of nicosan this pos would always keep the stock around these levels because our ex cfo and his associates conned us into beleiving this source was the best option for the company and when we finally realized he was holding us back it was to late because he was so heavily intrenched in the company and the stock structure it was to late so every other source backed off, but have no fear, now we have long term active passive investors who not only beleive in the companies vision but bring a tremendous portfolio of succcess in other biotech deals but also have a very large following of large investors and institutions who see the big picture and the potential of this company and are going to be with us for the life of the company ane not wreck our stock and take it from .11 back to .02 but are going to help us grow 100 fold and eventually get on a larger exchange and help us build an exit stratergy , perhaps being bought out by a big pharma and they and more importantly our shareholders will profit very handsomely, so in short sorry that we got duped for the last 10 years and had to always go back to our old source because they were the only souce available because nobody wanted to touch us with our previous financer involved, thanks and everyone have a gret new year, sincerely , your ceo o the year ,R.
