The problem is that you fail to see what was actually reported to be sold: "the sale of the Company's operations to Visolis and LCY." So when selling a business or the operations; a Section 167 election is made; which it was. What has to be provided in a Section 167 election? Everything needed to "operate" the Business. That's why the LOI is described as an Investment in Bioamber Inc. because they are now the operators of the plant. Research a Section 167 Election and you will find that the Land Title is a key piece that must be transferred to the Operators. Just Google it. That's also why it shows up as SarniaJV in the domain because all they're doing is operating the plant. SIMPLE JACK!
