I noticed yesterday for the first time, I wasn’t able to buy PVSP at Fidelity, but no problem at TD Ameritrade. Then tried other OTC at Fidelity, no go. This is recent for Fidelity. Like you said Bjones2, Shwab / TD no problem. Thanks for your knowledge
