$ AMLM - BONZ. As shown in both company current filings that Fred and Badara Bauman along with their family own both AMLM and BONZ which gives the shareholders (2)for the price of one IMO. According to AMLM 10Q, Kingman AZ is where Rare Earth Elements (REE)are. The Jackson Lithium project owned by the AMLM side of the company is in Esmeralda County, Nevada. BONZ clearly states in their 10Q and on their website they also have properties in Kingman AZ and Esmeralda, NV. bonanzagoldfield.com/

Bonanza Goldfields has a large gold exploration property at Goldfield, Nevada (Cupid Gold). Assuming the stronger gold market persists, this could be an attractive project for a larger gold company to explore and develop in a joint venture with Bonanza Goldfields.
