LOL! This may come as a shock, but BAYP is PRECLUDED from making an SEC filing! BAYP is NOT REGISTERED with the SEC, thus not allowed to file an SEC Form!

The BAYP shareholders are not protected by the SEC regulations and, other than the recently adopted SEC Disclosure requirement related to delinquent quarterly reports, BAYP is subject to virtually NONE of the SEC's reporting requirements! I defy anyone to post a link to a BAYP SEC Form 8-K, which would disclose any sort of Material Event, such as definitive action relating to a new business direction. A worthless website is not an SEC disclosure!

BAYP's LAST SEC FILING WAS NEARLY 13 YEARS AGO ON APRIL 16, 2008!
