IPIX is already a big pharma, just lacking the sales and stock price to show the world, which will come in time..

the new paradigm for large-stock-price and large sale successful companies is lightweight and flexible. Outsourcing the manufacturing is also a liability shift : "I gave you the right formula and you messed up the batch. It's on you." if a batch goes wrong or is sabotaged. That's smart business.

At most, I would buy a facility to house research and a better supercomputer and let Degrado or someone/s he trains or recognizes as a talent play all day.

Not a lot to add to IPIX as far as internal structure. Falsely idealizing IPIX as a non-BP won't work. If Leo wants to build an office with a built-in jacuzzi and pool, ten tv screens, coffee cafe and have informal Fridays, so what? Every day is informal Friday at my job.
