I think a pre IND letter is a fake milestone that NNVC uses to pretend like they actually have some intention of doing something.

They never actually file because failure of testing would shut down the gravy train of endless stock dilution to pay a small group of insiders millions at the expense of every stock holder.

The next question is how little money will actually flow to NNVC as opposed to Theracorp if they actually stumble upon a winner.

Not even sure they have all the licensing rights for these two Covid treatments locked down for NNVC or if we find out we have been just financing research for a privately held company that will bypass the NNVC stockholders.

Maybe we will get a thank you note some day.
