R/S that I can see but possibly a R/M with HYPUR. That rumor and possibility is there since we share key individuals.

I checked NVSOS site the 70 million shares you see there has been there for years. No recent changes. Filing 09-2019 has 70 million shares.

Refer to the 10Q it gives the Authorized share count and the history thereof!!!

OTC SITE is TA Verified and we are SEC FULLY REPORTING last change 02-19-2021 and A/S matches 10Q!!!
