Arnie, I just googled Float in OTC shares. It said a low float(negative) can lead to volatility because they are not as established as large cap companies. I wonder if supply and demand for shares had something to do with rise in PPS. OTC couldn't keep up with demand. What's going to happen when FDA approves this in the near future. Could go to (.05-.10) cents very easily. Any thoughts.
