I’m almost sure I read somewhere preferred shares could be converted at anytime. But they get automatically converted after 2 years. That’s literally 2 years where u don’t have to worry about dilution. That being said. The best way this can go for laho investors is before those 2 years dilute the sh.. out of it. And right before the big conversion rs 10000 for 1 lol or 1000 for 1
