I check the Obituary section of the paper every day, I suppose I am checking to be sure I am still here. Today, call me "One Sick Puppy" I don't care, but our paper has pictures of the deceased, this morning I noticed that they all have a big ole smile on their face. My question----is our world so screwed up that folks are happy to be leaving?
Off to get a Covid test...I am up for back surgery come Wed. and really have to jump through hoops to get in the hospital. Maybe 8 or so years ago I had back surgery and it went like this, I went to see the doc, then got a shot in the ole back, then an MRI, then off to the hospital---now today----I have been right at a year getting to this point, I think 11 months---My point, if it ain't broke --don't fix it and sure enough somewhere along the line someone thought "HEY !! Let us fix our medical stuff"----so I was lucky enough to walk around in pain for right at a year. I love the doctors, nurses & folks who work there, but the Admin. leaves a lot to be desired. Over the past months I have worn out Philippians 4:13 and the ole Marine Corps thing of "Pain is just weakness leaving the body"........Hey!! I am here to testify that Philippians 4:13 really works----of course you have to have the faith----but it really works, I know
