ATVK...074...Bullish Pole N Flag Reversal Pattern to the Upside setting up here off the Reversal Hammer on the lower Bollie Tap...on this Oversold Chart...

Either the PPS will come down to the 200 ma or the 200ma will come up to meet the PPS...but the 200ma will be tested...Bidding the 200ma as well as a Hedge bid...

Back in on this Pattern and will accumulate under .10 for a Break/Hold of the recent .30 high...imo...we shall see...
