I do know Rik wouldn’t be paying all that money to get current in a hurry if he was just going to get a bad outcome with the SEC and not have any good things to come out of it. I’m pretty dog gone sure that there are many great things that are riding on getting current. Would you need to be current to qualify for government grants? Maybe you need to be current to partner with a company to finish the MS trials? Bottom line, Rik is not going to spend thousand of dollars just to be current.
