Sorry McSuccess was going to reply back to on that yesterday and thank you peafunke for clarifying. Right when they received the patent pending it was posted for a couple days with the patent pending then disappeared. Someone on here posted it by scream shot image and I was trying to look back far to find it. The patents are a big deal regardless of what some may think. And they did beat apple to it. Apple did apply and was rejected due to OPTI already applying. And from my understanding once given patent pending status its just a wait for the official patent. Hell just for trademarks it can take forever. The royalties on these two patents is why I invested more. I have no problem waiting but big money is going to come from these and for over a long period of time. Just my opinion. OPTI long!!!!
