Is OS 156K or 200K? Does it matter?

In either case real good chance to see a reverse merger where they
issue 800Kish to the company being merged in - a total OS of 1M

So, they still have room after the merger to also do say a 10 to 1 FS
and still only be at 10M OS...

The problem with stocks with such a low OS and Float is they rarely have a
narrow spread...

.752 x .76 is a TINY spread given the OS/Float imo
