Welp, that's not super encouraging, but I really appreciate your taking the time to add more info to the pot - it sort of confirms what my gut is telling me.

NSAV saying to contact the brokerage is likely just an infinite loop scheme to keep everyone pointing the finger at everyone else for a while.

I'll update if I get anywhere with the form they had me send, but it sounds like I'm just out another $150.

Thanks again and best of luck with your position as well! I'm happy to see the ticker going up and making folks money, but those of us who have been here this long know Tilton pretty well...
