After reading all of her blog posts and then moving onto reading a lot of other md blogs on the subject I decided to skip all of them. My focus is lot's of sleep and eating right to build up my immune system. Also take vit C, vit D, and have zinc on hand at first sign of issue.

Start my day with a cup of green tea, peppermint, ginger, cayene, and half a lemon.

Hoping Brilacidin or any other therapeutic comes on the scene soon.
