Yea I know, I am pretty sure they are going to change it soon! I am in MI and a lot of Pulte homes are built were I am at. I am a professional Landscape and Concrete guy. I talk with my customers about Pulte homes all the time. I would not buy one.

I quoted them for concrete work, they take the best price and don't care about quality. As long as the job gets done.

Built quick and comes in kits. The contractor gets a certain amount of nails, wood, etc and if they run out, guess what, they have to pay for it. This is just a rumor though. Since I am a perfectionist, I would rate these homes about a 6.5 -7 in build quality. It's like paying for a Toyota with Cadillac pricing. Good but not great. My opinion.
