Supposedly, SGMD getting 70% NUG Avenue for $560k vs paying potentially $1.2m for 70% Budcars...all things equal, seems better deal in long run..I don't have a problem with NUGS Avenue development....my problem is transparency..Learn the initial delivery service ropes from Budcars no problem..

But, SGMD tweeted NUG Avenue opening date confirmed mid Feb..Confirm that and all good..Expand from there..What I don't want to here is no opening date, still waiting on license to be issued, more delays..
